Expertise and Experience
Andreas' main areas of practice are Commercial, Corporate, Company and Tax areas of law, both in Legal Consultancy and Litigation, with special expertise in Renewable Energy Advisory, International Tax Planning and Trusts & estate planning. He undertakes Capital markets and private equity transactions, corporate structuring and M&As, Negotiations, Property Law and Conveyancing, and structuring of Intellectual Property Box in Cyprus. He regularly deals with investment management transactions, advising on corporate and regulatory issues relating to Alternative Investments Funds (AIFs), Trusts, wealth protection and investment companies.
Andreas in January 2019 was appointed from the President of Cyprus and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus, member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Sports Organization.

Katharina has studied Law with special focus on International Business Transactions at the University of Graz in Austria, where she graduated in 2010 ("Magistra iuris").
During her studies she has been exchange student at the University of Athens, Greece and the University of Oklahoma, USA. Furthermore she attended several summer schools and seminars at the University of Bologna, Italy and the University Science Po Paris, France.
After finishing her practice year at the district courts in Austria she was working as Legal Counsel for multinational companies and non-governmental organizations.
Katharina speaks fluently English, German and French, is learning Greek and has basic knowledge in Spanish and Chinese.
